  2. Pick the goal you want to begin with.

  3. ​Click on the hyperlinks (underlined) on the goal sheet for resources.

  4. ​Print the goal sheet or save as an image on your phone.

  5. ​Choose another goal from the "goal pairings" listed on the goal sheet and repeat steps 1-4.

  6. ​Use The World's Best Accountability Team (TM) to help you ACHIEVE your goal!
